HENLEY ROYAL REGATTA

Founded in 1839 Henley Royal Regatta is a premier rowing regatta attracting the best crews from around the world.

The finals of this five-day regatta are held on the 27th Sunday of the year.

The event attracts over ¼ of a million people every year and is an important event for both the rowing and social calendar.

Henley Contracting Ltd has been responsible for the land and buildings maintenance for the Regatta since 1994. Responsibilities include grass cutting, fencing, painting & decorating, tree work, projects, erecting tents and grandstands, building and fitting bars, shops and other facilities, ground work, and the provision of year round grounds staff.
